Once again, JumpeyeComponents offers an excellent chance to win a great component for Flash CS3-CS4.

The component is FlashEff.

With this excellent tool we can animate any object in Flash, MovieClip, Text Fields and images.

We can create animated buttons with cool effects in a few simple steps.

Apply static or animated filters to any object and much more…

For those who do not know is also available a free basic version, downloadable at FlashEff’s free downloads .

Which target / level users are directed?

Certainly for beginners who want to get impressive effects and outside the town without using Actionscript or interpolations on the timeline.

But they are good even for advanced users that require a quick tool in order to save valuable time in creating effects and beyond.

13 john 10.31.08 at 1:56 am: very impressive – the real issue is file size ( the down loadable fee version ‘FilterShowHideAnimation.swf’ weighs in at 45K – a wee bit large in my book – but guessing the blur and glow filters are adding to file size – I looked over the site and they say their new txteffect2 – (built with same architecture as flash effects uses tween lite fast to reduced file size – would like them to distribute a really small file size swf – under 10-12K possible?- just text symbols as needed with no special filters – the reason here is that I am planning to deploy animated text in a cms – guessing they are doing their best to optimize – so will stay tuned – enter me into the contest – !

I currently use CS3 but I don’t utilize components for animations much since I mostly use AS 2.0 for programming and animations. Writting out animations in AS 2.0 is a time killer. Due to my clients needs I need to make the transition to AS 3.0. Your components for animations, basic utilities and tutorials will be a HUGE time saver and a great resource for migrating to AS 3.0.
